HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMIN
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of human resource functions, employee relations, and administrative procedures.
- Familiarity with labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate training, employee engagement, and administrative activities.
- Proficient in office applications and administrative documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Must possess a passport with at least two and a half (2.5) years validity remaining.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and administrative functions.
- Coordinate employee training, orientation, and development programs.
- Support performance evaluation processes and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities as required.
- Prepare administrative reports, correspondence, and documentation.
- Coordinate office maintenance, facility management, and workplace requirements.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Schedule meetings, maintain records, and support day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Coordinate with management regarding administrative and human resource matters.
- Support initiatives that promote employee welfare and organizational effectiveness.
