HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male, minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cleaner Supervisor; experience in hotels or healthcare facilities is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and housekeeping operations.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high standards of hygiene.
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance.
• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Inspect rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Schedule staff shifts and allocate duties efficiently to meet operational requirements.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping operations.
• Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
