Dvorak Spa & Wellness a.s. is seeking qualified and hardworking Hotel Caretakers to work in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining hotel guest rooms and public areas to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness. The position requires previous hotel housekeeping experience, physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while documenting completed tasks using a tablet and the hotel’s internal system.

Hotel Caretaker

Qualifications:

• Female, 25–40 years old.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel, particularly as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping Staff.
• At least elementary education graduate.
• Proven experience in public-area cleaning and hotel room cleaning.
• Ability and willingness to support other hotel duties when needed.
• Ability to use a tablet for taking photos of completed work and recording information in the internal system.
• Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
• Ability to work with speed, efficiency, and consistency.
• Reliable, hardworking, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms according to established housekeeping standards.
• Perform thorough cleaning of public areas, corridors, common spaces, and other assigned hotel facilities.
• Make beds and replace bed linens, towels, and other room supplies as required.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Clean bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, floors, and other hotel room facilities.
• Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and housekeeping supplies.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and proper presentation.
• Identify and report damaged furniture, fixtures, equipment, or other maintenance concerns.
• Remove and properly dispose of waste and used materials.
• Follow hotel cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping tools properly and safely.
• Take photos of completed cleaning work using a tablet when required.
• Record completed tasks and relevant work information in the internal hotel system.
• Maintain accurate and timely housekeeping records.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties efficiently while meeting required quality standards.
• Assist with other hotel housekeeping and general duties when needed.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other hotel staff regarding room status and cleaning requirements.
• Handle hotel property, equipment, supplies, and guest belongings responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with hotel policies and procedures.
