HOME CARE NURSE

Qualifications:

Female applicants are preferred
Minimum of 2 years work experience
BSc in Nursing / Nursing Diploma. Registered Nurse in home country
Valid QCHP Registered Nurse license
Current Intermediate Life Support (ILS) certification
2+ years of community-based nursing experience
Experience with neonatal, pediatric, adult & geriatric care. Skilled in private/duty nursing services. Delivers efficient, high-quality nursing care
Works well independently and in teams. Motivated and dedicated to professional growth
Strong communication and information delivery skills

Responsibilities:

Monitor vital signs (BP, heart rate, temperature, O2 saturation, fluid balance)
Measure and manage blood glucose levels
Administer medications including oral, injectable, and pre-poured/pre-loaded formats
Wound care, dressing changes, skin assessments
Catheter and ostomy care. Pain and cardiac assessments
