HOME CARE NURSE

Qualifications:

  • Female applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • BSc in Nursing / Nursing Diploma. Registered Nurse in home country
  • Valid QCHP Registered Nurse license
  • Current Intermediate Life Support (ILS) certification
  • 2+ years of community-based nursing experience
  • Experience with neonatal, pediatric, adult & geriatric care. Skilled in private/duty nursing services. Delivers efficient, high-quality nursing care
  • Works well independently and in teams. Motivated and dedicated to professional growth
  • Strong communication and information delivery skills

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor vital signs (BP, heart rate, temperature, O2 saturation, fluid balance)
  • Measure and manage blood glucose levels
  • Administer medications including oral, injectable, and pre-poured/pre-loaded formats
  • Wound care, dressing changes, skin assessments
  • Catheter and ostomy care. Pain and cardiac assessments
