Haya Care Nursing Services in partnership with Omanfil International is urgently looking for Home Care Nurses bound for QATAR.

Home Care Nurse

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse.
  • Female applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience with no employment gap during the last 2 years.
  • Experience in homecare, bedside nursing, elderly care, or patient care is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in medication administration, insulin administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and personal care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Compassionate, patient, responsible, and capable of providing safe and independent patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional in-home nursing care based on physicians’ instructions and individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer prescribed medications, including insulin, and perform basic health assessments such as blood pressure, blood glucose, urine, and stool monitoring.
  • Assist with wound care, dressing changes, personal hygiene, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
  • Monitor patients for muscle weakness, infections, pressure sores/bedsores, and other changes in health condition.
  • Support patient mobility and assist with the safe use of mobility aids and other assistive equipment.
  • Assist patients with meals, feeding, and adequate hydration.
  • Communicate with and educate family members regarding patient care, recovery, medications, and daily needs.
  • Provide appropriate recommendations to physicians and family members to help improve the patient’s care.
  • Monitor and document patient recovery and prepare accurate progress reports.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to support appropriate care plans, nutrition, and overall patient well-being.
  • Participate in healthcare workshops, training, and continuing professional development to maintain current nursing knowledge and skills.
