Hemodialysis Nurse

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• Must have 1–2 years of recent or current experience in hemodialysis or related nursing care.
• Must hold a valid PRC Registered Nurse License.
• Willing to attend home visit dialysis cases.
• Willing to work rotational shifts between home-based and clinic-based assignments.
• Strong clinical knowledge of dialysis procedures and patient care management.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle patient interactions professionally.
• Physically and emotionally fit for patient care duties.
• Ability to work independently and follow medical protocols strictly.
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety practices.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hemodialysis procedures for assigned patients in clinic and home settings.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
• Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of dialysis machines and equipment.
• Assess patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to physicians or supervisors.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Provide patient education regarding dialysis care, health maintenance, and safety.
• Follow strict infection control and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Ensure safe handling of medical equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Manage up to two patients per day as assigned.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and professionally during treatment.
• Comply with all healthcare regulations and facility standards.
