Operator of Computer-Controlled Production & Packaging lines for Electric Cables (Machine Operator)

Qualifications:

  • Male, 25 to 40 years of age.
  • At least High School Graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in the cable industry or related manufacturing field.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Physically and medically fit.
  • Experience in machine operation, production line work, or factory environment is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of industrial machinery and production processes.
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures strictly.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Team-oriented with good discipline and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate computer-controlled production and packaging machines for electric cable manufacturing.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth and continuous production.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report any machine faults or production issues.
  • Ensure correct setup and calibration of equipment before production runs.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain production output targets and efficiency levels.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Record production data and report daily output to supervisors.
  • Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
  • Handle raw materials and finished products properly.
  • Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety regulations.
