HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Filipino male, preferably not more than 48 years old.
• At least 3–5 years of overseas work experience in the relevant Heavy Equipment Operator position.
• Must be able to clearly explain and demonstrate previous work experience and technical skills.
• Proven experience operating heavy machinery in construction, industrial, earthmoving, infrastructure, mining, or related environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of safe heavy equipment operation and site procedures.
• Experience operating relevant heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to perform pre-start inspections and identify basic mechanical or operational issues.
• Good understanding of equipment safety procedures, site hazards, and proper use of PPE.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, site plans, work schedules, and directions from supervisors.
• Good hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding outdoor and industrial environments.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, responsible, safety-conscious, and committed to quality work.
• Resume must include specific details of duties, responsibilities, equipment, tools, and scope of work performed.
• Must have verifiable employment experience and credible references.
• Willing to take IELTS or PTE as required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment and mobile machinery safely and efficiently according to project requirements.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and safety checks before using equipment.
• Operate machinery such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, graders, rollers, or other heavy equipment as assigned.
• Perform excavation, earthmoving, grading, loading, leveling, trenching, material handling, and related activities.
• Move, load, and transport soil, aggregate, debris, construction materials, and other site materials.
• Follow site plans, work instructions, and directions from supervisors and site personnel.
• Maintain proper control and positioning of equipment during operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify unusual noises, leaks, mechanical problems, or other signs of malfunction.
• Report equipment faults, damage, maintenance requirements, and safety concerns to supervisors.
• Carry out routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning as required.
• Use equipment attachments and accessories safely and appropriately for specific tasks.
• Work closely with ground crews, tradespeople, supervisors, and other equipment operators.
• Maintain safe distances from workers, structures, vehicles, utilities, and other site hazards.
• Follow traffic management plans, site safety rules, and equipment operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate equipment operation and inspection records when required.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow workplace health and safety requirements and properly use required PPE.
• Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Assist with other site activities when required and within the scope of the position.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
