Marilyn Clinic is seeking a skilled Hair Transplant Technician to assist in hair restoration procedures and ensure smooth clinical operations. The role involves supporting doctors during FUE and FUT procedures, handling grafts, and maintaining high standards of patient safety and hygiene.

Hair Transplant Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in hair transplant procedures.
• Proven knowledge of graft extraction, handling, and preservation techniques.
• Prior experience with FUE and/or FUT procedures is highly preferred.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with sterilization protocols and patient safety standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with doctors and clinical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist hair transplant doctors during FUE and FUT procedures.
• Prepare, extract, and handle hair grafts, ensuring proper preservation and viability.
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow all infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Monitor and support patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Organize surgical instruments, tools, and materials for efficient workflow.
• Document graft counts, procedure details, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide input on process improvements and assist in maintaining clinic standards.
