Grinding Worker

Qualifications:

• Male or female applicants are welcome to apply.
• Candidates should be at least High School Graduates or College Level.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience in grinding, fabrication, metal works, or industrial production is preferred.
• Experience using grinding machines, polishing equipment, and hand tools is an advantage.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and workplace safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in industrial, workshop, or manufacturing environments.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Willing to work flexible schedules and overtime when required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate grinding and polishing machines to smooth, shape, and finish metal surfaces and components.
• Remove excess material, burrs, rust, and imperfections from fabricated products.
• Prepare metal surfaces for welding, painting, coating, or assembly operations.
• Use hand tools, grinders, and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of grinding tools and machinery.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet production schedules and targets.
• Report equipment issues, defects, or workplace hazards to supervisors immediately.
