CNC Operator

Qualifications:

• Male or female applicants are welcome to apply.
• Candidates should be at least High School Graduates or College Level.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience in CNC machining, manufacturing, or metal fabrication is preferred.
• Experience operating CNC machines such as milling, turning, cutting, or drilling equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machine instructions.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Familiarity with machine setup, tooling, and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards.
• Physically fit and capable of working in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines according to production schedules, specifications, and technical instructions.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders accurately.
• Set up tools, materials, and machine parameters for machining operations.
• Monitor machine performance and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform minor troubleshooting, adjustments, and routine maintenance on CNC machines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines, tools, and work areas.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet operational targets and deadlines.
• Report machine malfunctions, defects, or production issues to supervisors immediately.
