SERVER
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience is required.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Server, Waiter, or Food & Beverage Attendant in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to recommend menu items, beverages, and food pairings confidently.
- Experience handling guest requests, dietary restrictions, and special requirements.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
- Flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, explain menu items, house specialties, and beverage options to guests.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide food and beverage recommendations, including suitable pairings.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
- Communicate special dietary requirements, allergies, and guest preferences to the appropriate team members.
- Prepare dining tables by arranging condiments, kitchenware, table settings, and decorative items.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy, presentation, and service quality.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and attend to requests, concerns, and additional service needs in a timely manner.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash, card, and other payment transactions according to company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Perform opening, closing, and other assigned duties as directed by management.
