GENERAL LABOURER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Experience in construction, factory, warehouse, industrial, or workshop environments is preferred.
• Ability to operate powered hand tools, industrial cleaning equipment, pallet jacks, and similar machinery.
• Physically fit and able to perform prolonged standing, bending, manual loading, and heavy lifting of up to 25 kg.
• Able to adapt to different work environments while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Willing to take IELTS with a minimum score of 4.0 in all categories.
• Must be able to provide a Police Clearance.
• Must be able to provide a Certificate of Employment and other supporting documents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform site cleanup, material sorting, surface preparation, and basic maintenance in construction, industrial, factory, and workshop environments.
• Assist skilled workers and plant operators by handling raw materials, clearing production areas, and using hand and power tools.
• Load and unload materials, stack pallets, conduct stock counts, and pack industrial goods for storage or transport.
• Operate basic material-handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks.
• Assist with civil and infrastructure projects, including digging trenches, supporting road works, spreading aggregate, and setting up traffic safety areas.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas while following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Perform physically demanding tasks efficiently and follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
