Qualifications:
- Male applicants, preferably 22–40 years old.
- Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Industrial Technology
- Other related technical fields
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in the maintenance and repair of:
- Amusement rides
- Arcade machines
- Entertainment equipment
- Industrial electromechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair motors, sensors, control panels, PLCs, power supplies, and electrical wiring.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, equipment inspections, and technical documentation.
- Skilled in using electrical and mechanical testing equipment and hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
- Knowledge of safe Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to equipment safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding maintenance activities.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to respond to emergency maintenance requirements when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect amusement rides, arcade machines, and entertainment equipment before and during operations.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on amusement and entertainment equipment.
- Conduct corrective maintenance and repairs on malfunctioning equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and electromechanical problems.
- Diagnose faults involving motors, sensors, control panels, PLCs, power supplies, wiring, and related components.
- Test equipment after repairs to ensure safe and proper operation.
- Perform routine safety inspections and identify potential equipment hazards.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
- Minimize equipment downtime by completing repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
- Use electrical and mechanical testing instruments and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Inspect electrical connections, wiring, motors, switches, sensors, and control systems.
- Perform mechanical adjustments, component replacement, lubrication, alignment, and other maintenance activities as required.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment conditions.
- Coordinate with operations personnel regarding equipment status and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure repaired equipment meets company and manufacturer operating standards before returning it to service.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and applicable equipment safety requirements.
- Apply safe lockout/tagout (LOTO) practices when performing maintenance, where applicable.
- Maintain tools, spare parts, equipment, and maintenance areas in an organized condition.
- Support the safe and reliable operation of attractions to provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Perform other technical and maintenance duties as assigned.
