Electomech Pte Ltd is seeking reliable and skilled Forklift Operators to join our warehouse and logistics operations in Fiji Islands. This role is essential in ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate handling of materials and warehouse goods.

Forklift Operator

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • First-time applicants or ex-abroad candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling.
  • Ability to operate forklift and related equipment safely.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items safely and efficiently.
  • Transport materials to designated locations within the facility.
  • Optimize loads to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Secure loads properly before transportation using forklift equipment.
  • Inspect vehicles and equipment for damages and report issues.
  • Schedule vehicles for maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Operate and manage forklift and other technical warehouse equipment.
  • Manage inventory using RF scanning systems.
  • Pick, pack, and wrap orders for shipment.
  • Identify workplace safety hazards and report them immediately.
  • Follow safety management standards and company regulations.
  • Adhere to production schedules and operational targets.
