WASI Steel Industries Factory Co. is seeking an experienced and responsible Foreman (Production) to supervise manufacturing operations, coordinate production activities, and ensure that fabrication processes are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The successful candidate will lead production teams, monitor workflow, and support process improvements to achieve operational targets.
FOREMAN (Production)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production supervisory or foreman role.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute technical drawings.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication operations, and production workflow.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements.
- Good understanding of manpower planning, material requirements, and resource allocation.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage production priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and adapt to workplace standards and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow within assigned areas.
- Lead and coordinate production workers to achieve daily manufacturing targets.
- Read, interpret, and execute technical drawings, specifications, and production instructions.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity requirements.
- Review and analyze existing production processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Assess manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements to support production needs.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Ensure proper operation and utilization of fabrication machines and equipment.
- Monitor product quality and ensure finished products meet required specifications.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Provide guidance and support to production personnel to improve performance and productivity.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management.
