NBTC Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Millwright Foreman to supervise millwright activities for industrial and construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, alignment, and repair of heavy machinery and rotating equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and project efficiency.

FOREMAN MILLWRIGHT

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Millwright Foreman in industrial, oil & gas, refinery, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, machinery alignment, installation, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and mechanical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and quality control standards.
• Ability to manage teams effectively and work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate millwright works, including installation, alignment, maintenance, and repair of machinery and rotating equipment.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor the performance of millwright technicians and workers.
• Ensure all mechanical works are completed according to technical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to support project operations.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and conduct toolbox meetings regularly.
• Maintain records of manpower, equipment, materials, and daily work activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and client requirements.
