NBTC Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to supervise and coordinate mechanical works on industrial and construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead mechanical teams, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

FOREMAN MECHANICAL

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman in industrial, oil & gas, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, installation procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Ability to manage teams and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical activities at project sites.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of mechanical technicians and workers.
• Ensure mechanical installations, maintenance, and repairs are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and conduct toolbox meetings regularly.
• Inspect completed mechanical works and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Maintain records of manpower, materials, equipment usage, and daily activities.
