Jana International Trading LLC is seeking a skilled Folder Gluer Operator to set up, operate, and monitor folder gluer machines used in the production of cartons, boxes, and paper packaging products, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production performance.
FOLDER GLUER OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing company, paper products industry, printing and packaging industry, or a related field.
- Experience operating folder gluer machines and related packaging equipment.
- Knowledge of carton folding, gluing, and packaging production processes.
- Ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot folder gluer machines.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and production specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret production orders and technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Technical or vocational training related to manufacturing, printing, packaging, or a similar field is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate folder gluer machines according to production requirements and specifications.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate folding, gluing, and finishing of packaging products.
- Monitor machine performance and production output to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor maintenance as required.
- Ensure proper feeding of materials and maintain smooth production flow.
- Minimize material waste and maximize machine productivity.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and quality documentation.
- Follow workplace safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
