Al Ahlia Human Resources is seeking qualified and presentable Fine Dining Hosts/Hostesses to join a professional hospitality team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, providing professional customer service, and helping create an elegant and memorable fine dining experience. Applicants should have relevant hospitality experience and a pleasant, professional appearance.

Fine Dining Host/Hostess

Qualifications:

• Male and Female applicants are welcome.
• Relevant experience in fine dining, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or guest service is required.
• Height: up to 5’4″.
• Pleasant, friendly, and professional personality.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact courteously with guests.
• Presentable appearance with good personal grooming and professional etiquette.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and organized in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a professional restaurant team.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and during busy service periods as required.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Provide courteous and personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Manage guest arrivals, reservations, seating arrangements, and table assignments.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or other required information.
• Maintain an organized and efficient guest seating flow, particularly during busy service periods.
• Coordinate with waitstaff, restaurant management, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and important information to the appropriate restaurant staff.
• Assist with managing reservations and guest inquiries.
• Monitor the dining area and ensure guests are comfortable and properly attended to.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere consistent with fine dining standards.
• Respond to guest questions and requests courteously and promptly.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and refer more complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the reception and dining areas.
• Maintain a professional appearance, proper grooming, and courteous behavior at all times.
• Follow restaurant service standards, company policies, and workplace procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing guest-service areas when required.
• Support the restaurant team during busy periods and special events.
• Perform other guest-service and hospitality duties assigned by management.
