Oodles Wok is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Female Service Crew (Head Waiter) to join its team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
FEMALE SERVICE CREW (Head Waiter)
Qualifications:
- Female applicants.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant operations is an advantage.
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Assist in overseeing service operations and support team members when necessary.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company service standards at all times.
- Perform other restaurant-related duties as assigned by the employer.
