Global Skilled Employment Services is seeking an experienced Feedmill Manager to oversee operations in a piggery farm setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in feedmill management, production oversight, and team supervision to ensure high-quality feed production and operational efficiency.

FEEDMILL MANAGER (Piggery Farm Operations)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years’ recent and relevant experience in feedmill or similar operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of feed production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Ability to supervise teams and maintain operational efficiency in a farm environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily feedmill operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage feed production, inventory, and stock control.
• Ensure feed quality and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Supervise feedmill staff and coordinate maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with farm management to meet production targets and optimize operations.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
