TOPNEST S.R.O. is hiring dedicated Swine Farm Workers specializing in farrowing and piglet care for deployment to the Czech Republic. The position is responsible for assisting sows during birthing, delivering specialized newborn livestock care, monitoring herd health metrics, and maintaining farm cleanliness and record-keeping systems.

FARROWING WORKER

Qualifications:

  • Male only.
  • 23 to 42 years old.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in swine farming, specifically focusing on farrowing and piglet management.
  • Proven capability in assisting birthing sows, piglet handling, animal health monitoring, and livestock record-keeping.
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility, high stamina, and a compassionate, positive attitude toward animal handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist sows during farrowing and deliver immediate post-natal care to newborn piglets to lower mortality rates.
  • Monitor livestock health, track rectal temperatures, and identify early signs of illness or physical distress in animals.
  • Administer routine livestock care, feeding schedules, and health treatments following veterinary protocols.
  • Maintain strict sanitary conditions across farrowing crates, barns, and feeding equipment to control disease spread.
  • Keep detailed and accurate daily production logs, farrowing records, and herd health documentation.
