Yung Cheng Feng Engineering Co., Ltd. is seeking qualified and experienced Factory Workers with a background in geothermal drilling operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising and supporting drilling activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and coordinating with technical teams in geothermal and energy-related projects.
Factory Worker (Geothermal Drilling Experience)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in an engineering-related position
- Experience in geothermal drilling, oil & gas, or energy projects is required
- Must be a Professional License Holder (PRC Licensed)
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
- Supervise geothermal drilling operations and daily activities
- Plan, implement, and monitor drilling programs and schedules
- Ensure safe, efficient, and productive drilling performance
- Analyze drilling data, pressure readings, and well conditions
- Coordinate with drilling crews, contractors, and engineers
- Prepare technical reports and drilling documentation
- Troubleshoot drilling-related problems and recommend solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
- Support geothermal, oil & gas, and other energy-related projects
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting Salary: NT$47,971 (approx. PHP 90,000–93,000)
