Muvi Cinemas is seeking an experienced Executive Butler to deliver world-class personalized service in a luxury hospitality environment. The successful candidate will provide exceptional guest care, oversee formal dining and service arrangements, maintain the highest standards of etiquette and discretion, and ensure every guest receives a premium hospitality experience.
Executive Butler
Qualifications:
- Professional Butler Certification or a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Butler in a royal palace, high-net-worth household, or 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of formal etiquette, Silver Service, French Service, table setting protocols, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest relations skills.
- Highly professional, discreet, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Well-groomed, highly presentable, disciplined, and customer-focused.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized butler services while anticipating and fulfilling guests’ needs with professionalism and discretion.
- Welcome VIP guests and provide exceptional hospitality throughout their stay or visit.
- Prepare and maintain formal dining areas, ensuring correct table settings, silverware, glassware, and service presentation.
- Perform Silver Service, French Service, and other formal dining service techniques according to international hospitality standards.
- Serve meals, beverages, wines, and refreshments with elegance and attention to detail.
- Coordinate guest requests, dining reservations, transportation, special events, and personal arrangements.
- Maintain guest privacy and handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Ensure guest suites, lounges, and hospitality areas are maintained to luxury standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, culinary, and guest services teams to provide seamless service.
- Monitor inventory of hospitality supplies, beverages, and dining equipment.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally while ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Comply with company policies, luxury hospitality standards, health and safety regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
- Perform other butler and VIP hospitality duties assigned by management.
