We are seeking an experienced and qualified Electronic Technician to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic systems and equipment. The successful candidate will also coordinate maintenance activities, supervise technical personnel, and ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance programs are carried out efficiently in accordance with company standards.

ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Technical Diploma in Electronics, Electronics Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as an Electronic Technician in industrial maintenance or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of electronic systems, control equipment, instrumentation, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic equipment.
• Proven experience in coordinating maintenance work, supervising technicians, and distributing work assignments.
• Ability to prepare and manage maintenance reports, records, and maintenance program documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment while adhering to workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic systems, equipment, and control devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the reliable operation of electronic equipment.
• Diagnose faults using electronic testing instruments and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and assign work to technicians based on operational requirements.
• Supervise and monitor maintenance teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit maintenance reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel and assist in resolving complex equipment issues.
