Brexa Crossboarder Inc. is seeking qualified Electronic Assembly Workers (Specified Skilled Worker – SSW) to join manufacturing operations in Japan. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling electronic components and products with precision, ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and compliance with production requirements.

ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY WORKER (SSW)

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
• Must be either:
  • A TITP graduate in the same skill, or
  • A Prometric Exam Certificate holder in the skill applied for.
• Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE).
• Willing to undergo a skills test and/or trade test to demonstrate competency.
• Willing to undergo a medical examination, with cost payable to a DOH-accredited clinic.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Willing to work in Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic parts, components, and devices according to production guidelines.
• Operate basic assembly tools, equipment, and machinery safely and accurately.
• Perform inspection of assembled products to ensure quality and functionality.
• Follow technical instructions, production standards, and work procedures.
• Identify and report defects, errors, or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe working areas in compliance with workplace standards.
• Support production line operations and meet daily output targets.
• Follow all safety rules and company regulations at all times.
