Electro Mechanical Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair (electro-mechanical field)
• Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Mentally and physically fit
• Good communication skills
• Passport ready
• Able to work in a team and follow technical instructions

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot faults in pumps, motors, panels, ventilation systems, and basic HVAC units
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance based on schedules and checklists
• Inspect and service mechanical equipment such as valves, piping, bearings, belts, and rotating equipment
• Support electrical maintenance tasks including wiring checks, lighting repairs, DB inspections, and component replacement
• Diagnose system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Assist in plumbing systems, water pumps, and control systems when required
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, technical codes, and FM guidelines
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, job cards, and asset records
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members for safe and efficient operations
