We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join Zamil Shipyards in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works in shipbuilding and ship repair projects, ensuring safe execution, technical accuracy, and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
Electrical Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical works, including supervisory experience in shipyard, marine, offshore, or heavy industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of marine and industrial electrical systems, wiring, control systems, and distribution panels
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
- Experience in supervising teams of electricians and electrical technicians
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and industrial regulations
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding shipyard conditions
- Willing to work in shifting schedules and manage multiple site activities
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works
- Assign tasks and monitor performance of electrical teams
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and technical specifications
- Inspect ongoing and completed electrical installations for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance to workers
- Coordinate with engineers and other departments for project execution
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with shipyard regulations
- Provide training and support to junior electricians when needed

- Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
