Driver for the Director

Qualifications:

• Must be able to speak and communicate in English.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have previous experience as a personal driver.
• Proven ability to provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation services.
• Good knowledge of traffic rules, road safety practices, and route planning.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and identify potential mechanical or safety issues.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and courteous attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with senior management.
• Physically fit and capable of performing driving and related duties.
• Ability to work flexible schedules according to the Director’s transportation requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and reliable transportation services for the Director and authorized passengers.
• Drive the Director to meetings, appointments, business activities, hospital-related destinations, and other assigned locations.
• Plan routes and select appropriate roads to ensure safe and timely arrival at destinations.
• Maintain punctuality and be available according to the Director’s approved schedule.
• Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Operate the assigned vehicle carefully and responsibly under varying traffic and weather conditions.
• Conduct routine checks of the vehicle before and after trips, including tires, brakes, lights, fluids, fuel, and other safety components.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and in good operating condition.
• Coordinate with the Director or authorized personnel regarding daily schedules, destinations, and transportation requirements.
• Monitor traffic conditions and adjust routes when necessary to avoid delays.
• Assist the Director with loading and unloading personal or work-related items when required.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly parked and secured when not in use.
• Report vehicle defects, mechanical problems, accidents, traffic incidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs as required.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle use, fuel consumption, maintenance, and other required information.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the Director’s schedule, destinations, personal matters, and other sensitive information encountered during work.
• Demonstrate courteous, professional, and respectful behavior when dealing with the Director, hospital personnel, clients, visitors, and other individuals.
• Remain alert and focused while driving and prioritize passenger safety at all times.
• Perform other driving and transportation-related duties as assigned.
