DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control
- Experience within construction, HVAC, or mechanical and electrical (MEP) contracting industries
- Strong working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent record management abilities
- Willing to work in Ireland under company and project requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and maintain project documents and records accurately
- Control the distribution, filing, tracking, and retrieval of engineering and construction documents
- Ensure all documents are updated, properly archived, and accessible to authorized personnel
- Coordinate with project teams, engineers, contractors, and clients regarding document submissions and revisions
- Maintain document control procedures in compliance with company and project standards
- Monitor version control and ensure timely processing of project documentation
- Prepare reports and maintain logs for incoming and outgoing documents
- Support project operations by ensuring proper documentation flow throughout project stages
