DIE CASTING (TITP)
Qualifications:
- Male, 20–30 years old.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Preferably with experience in manufacturing, metalworking, machine operation, die casting, or a related field.
- Must be physically and emotionally healthy and capable of performing industrial work.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and follow established production procedures.
- Willing to work shifts and perform physically demanding tasks when required.
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures carefully.
- Must be willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training.
- Japanese language training is provided free of charge.
- Must demonstrate willingness to learn Japanese language and culture and adapt to the Japanese workplace environment.
- Responsible, disciplined, cooperative, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation of die casting machines and related manufacturing equipment.
- Prepare and handle metal materials and components required for production.
- Load materials into machines and monitor the die casting process according to established procedures.
- Remove and handle newly cast products safely using appropriate tools and protective equipment.
- Conduct basic visual inspection of finished products for defects, irregularities, and quality issues.
- Perform trimming, finishing, cleaning, and other post-casting processes as required.
- Follow production instructions, work schedules, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area and assigned equipment.
- Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Report machine abnormalities, product defects, and unsafe conditions to supervisors.
- Assist experienced workers and supervisors in daily manufacturing operations.
- Follow company rules and Japanese workplace practices.
- Cooperate with co-workers and maintain good discipline in the workplace.
- Participate actively in the required Japanese language training before deployment.
- Perform other duties related to die casting and manufacturing operations as assigned.
