We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Dairy Farm Workers to join our team! If you have experience in dairy farming, a passion for animal care, and knowledge of modern milking systems, this is a great opportunity for you!

Dairy Farm Worker

Qualifications:

  • BS Agriculture major in Animal Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in dairy farming.
  • Strong knowledge of dairy farm operations, calving, and milking techniques.
  • Experience in farm machinery operation (tractors, loaders, feeders).
  • Understanding of modern milking systems and animal welfare practices.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in different weather conditions.
  • Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with a team.
  • Preference: Candidates with international dairy farm experience (New Zealand, Japan, Australia, Canada, Latin America) are highly preferred.
  • Must have an International Drivers license

Responsibilities:

  • Daily feeding, care, and handling of dairy cows and calves.
  • Milking cows using modern milking systems and monitoring milk production.
  • Operating and maintaining milking equipment and farm machinery.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all dairy farm facilities.
  • Assisting in breeding, calving, and herd health management.
  • Observing and treating cows for any signs of illness or distress.
  • General farm maintenance, including grass and pasture management.
  • Safe operation of farm tractors, loaders, and feeding equipment.
