COST CONTROLLER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cost control, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Male applicants preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and update project budgets and cost forecasts.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Prepare regular cost reports, variance analyses, and financial dashboards for stakeholders.
- Track financial performance and identify risks or opportunities for cost savings.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
- Support decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
