Almarai Company – Seafood Division is looking for skilled Cooks to join its food production team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food while ensuring compliance with company recipes, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards. The role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen or food production environment.

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience as a Cook or in a similar food preparation role.
• Experience in the food manufacturing, seafood processing, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen or food production environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality food.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods while performing kitchen duties.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to company recipes, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Handle, clean, and prepare ingredients while maintaining freshness and food safety requirements.
• Ensure proper portioning, seasoning, cooking, and presentation of meals and food products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage conditions to prevent spoilage and minimize waste.
• Follow Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company food safety procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment and cooking appliances safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages of ingredients and kitchen supplies to supervisors.
• Work closely with production and kitchen teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food products.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with other kitchen and food production duties as assigned by management.
