Cook C (Shop Worker)

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Cook C in Asian and international cuisine.
• Experience working in international and multicultural kitchen settings is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation.
• HACCP certified with knowledge of Food Safety Management and waste management.
• Excellent command of English.
• Newly renewed passport.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes in the Hot & Cold sections according to restaurant standards.
• Follow recipes precisely to ensure consistency and quality of food.
• Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and ingredient freshness.
• Rotate food stock and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist the Kitchen Team in smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer complaints professionally when necessary.
• Adhere to HACCP standards and environmental/health regulations.
• Demonstrate adaptability to diverse culinary styles and practices.

Salary Offer:

• Salary starts at €979.00 gross monthly.
• Accommodation will be provided.
• Two (2) years contract, renewable.
