Kitchen Assistant

Qualifications

• With at least 2 years of working experience in the field, local or abroad
• Compliance with Environmental Health requirements
• Hospitality Management Course (i.e. Hotel & Restaurant Management) Graduate
• Candidates with TGI Friday’s work experience are preferred
• In-depth knowledge in food preparation
• Excellent communication skills
• Newly renewed passport

Responsibilities:

• Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
• Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
• Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
• Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary starts at Php 54,000.00 gross monthly
• Forty (40) hours per week for six (6) days
• One (1) year contract, renewable
