Qualifications:

• Female applicants only
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety practices
• Experience in multiple kitchen sections (hot kitchen, pastry, bakery, cold kitchen) is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily food preparation tasks across all kitchen sections as directed by senior chefs
• Perform mise en place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
• Support bakery and pastry production when required
• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
• Properly label, date, and store prepared ingredients and leftovers
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils regularly
• Adhere strictly to food safety, storage, and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Monitor stock levels and inform chefs of shortages during preparation
• Minimize food waste and report spoilage or quality issues
• Assist in plating, garnishing, and food service during peak hours
• Attend daily briefings and training sessions
