We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Commis III to join Seazen Group Co. in Kuwait. The successful candidate will assist in basic kitchen preparation tasks and support senior culinary staff in maintaining smooth kitchen operations in a fine dining environment.
Commis III
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen
- Experience in Italian, Intercontinental, or International cuisine, preferably in a fine dining restaurant
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
- Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
- Strong attention to detail and good work discipline
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients
- Support senior kitchen staff in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations and equipment
- Follow recipes, instructions, and standard operating procedures
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
- Assist in plating and basic food assembly when required
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support kitchen team during busy service hours
- Help in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies and deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior chefs
Requirements:

- Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
