KBR Services LLC is seeking qualified Club Facilities Coordinators for deployment to Qatar. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting club operations, restaurant and catering services, and ensuring excellent guest experiences while maintaining club facilities and enforcing club policies and regulations.
CLUB FACILITIES COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in facility management, customer service, food and beverage operations, catering, hospitality, or a similar environment.
- HACCP certification is required.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for dealing with members, staff, and guests.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and catering operations.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Course certificate in Basic First Aid and CPR is required.
- Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of club facilities, restaurants, catering services, and recreational areas.
- Provide quality and high-standard customer service to club members, guests, and visitors.
- Ensure that only authorized and eligible members are granted access in accordance with club rules and regulations.
- Coordinate restaurant, banquet, catering, and VIP/Board function activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise service staff, including waiters and service personnel, to maintain service quality standards.
- Ensure the availability of resources, equipment, and supplies for events, functions, and dining operations.
- Assist in managing facility reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries.
- Conduct daily inspections and rounds of club facilities to identify maintenance requirements, irregularities, and operational concerns.
- Document observations and report maintenance issues and operational concerns to management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient facility operations and service delivery.
- Enforce club rules, policies, and regulations and ensure compliance by all members and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of club facilities.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards within catering and food service operations.
- Provide basic first aid assistance and respond appropriately during emergencies.
- Prepare reports, records, and operational documentation using computer applications.
