Myeong Snack Establishment is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef for placement in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi, noodle dishes (including Indomie), and other menu items while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.

The ideal candidate is passionate about culinary excellence, experienced in kitchen operations, and committed to delivering consistent food quality and exceptional customer satisfaction.

CHEF

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Must be a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• Culinary certification is required.
• Experience in preparing sushi and noodle dishes (Indomie).
• Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and overall kitchen operations.
• Good knowledge of food safety, kitchen sanitation, and maintaining standard recipes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook sushi, noodle dishes (including Indomie), and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and presented consistently and attractively.
• Maintain standard recipes and portion control to ensure product consistency.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation regulations at all times.
• Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients and food products.
• Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
• Work efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Comply with company policies and health and safety standards.
