We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join Seazen Group Co. in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to fine dining standards.
Chef De Partie
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as Chef De Partie or in a similar kitchen role
- Experience in Italian, Intercontinental, or International cuisine, preferably in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Ability to manage a specific kitchen section independently
- Good teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, etc.)
- Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure consistency, quality, and proper portioning of all dishes
- Supervise and guide commis chefs and kitchen assistants within the section
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling procedures in the section
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs to the Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff as needed
- Support overall kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Contribute to maintaining high culinary standards in a fine dining environment
