Qualifications:

• GCC / Baby Care Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Other Overseas Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in both Baby Care and Elderly Care.
• Philippine Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in both Baby Care and Elderly Care.
• Proven experience providing safe and attentive care to babies and/or elderly clients.
• Knowledge of proper baby-care practices, including feeding, bathing, hygiene, supervision, and routine management.
• Knowledge of elderly-care practices, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, feeding, companionship, and daily living support.
• Patient, compassionate, responsible, trustworthy, and respectful.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically capable of performing routine caregiving duties, including lifting, assisting with mobility, standing, and walking.
• Able to follow instructions, care routines, household rules, and client-specific requirements.
• Able to work independently and responsibly in a home-care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to babies, children, elderly clients, or other individuals under the assigned care arrangement.
• Assist clients with daily activities and personal care according to their individual needs.
• Provide appropriate baby care, including feeding, bathing, changing diapers, dressing, and maintaining proper hygiene.
• Supervise babies and children and ensure their safety at all times.
• Prepare bottles, meals, snacks, and other appropriate food according to instructions.
• Establish and maintain appropriate sleeping, feeding, bathing, and activity routines for babies and children.
• Monitor babies and children for changes in behavior, appetite, sleep, temperature, or general condition.
• Provide elderly care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal hygiene needs.
• Assist elderly clients with walking, mobility, transfers, positioning, and other daily activities.
• Provide assistance with feeding, hydration, and proper nutrition as required.
• Monitor elderly clients’ general condition and report significant changes or concerns to the employer or appropriate healthcare professional.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and respectful care to elderly clients.
• Assist with prescribed exercises, mobility activities, or other care routines as instructed.
• Assist with medication routines only as directed by the employer or authorized healthcare professional and within assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and organized environment for the client.
• Keep children’s and elderly clients’ personal belongings, care items, and living areas properly organized.
• Follow household instructions, care plans, schedules, and established safety procedures.
• Maintain proper hygiene and infection-control practices when providing personal care.
• Communicate respectfully with employers, family members, and other caregivers or healthcare personnel.
• Maintain the privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of clients and their families.
• Perform other reasonable caregiving and household care duties related to the client’s needs.
