Sarota Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality personal and home care services in the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, promote their safety and well-being, and provide emotional support and companionship in a respectful and professional manner.
Caregiver
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in elderly care, home care, or healthcare settings.
- Must be a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related medical field.
- Must hold a TESDA Caregiving NC II Certificate.
- Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of patience, empathy, and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of the Czech language is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform caregiving tasks such as lifting and transferring clients safely.
- Previous experience in elderly care or nursing environments is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support safe transfers, such as moving clients from bed to wheelchair, and assist with mobility to prevent falls.
- Turn and reposition bedridden clients to ensure comfort and prevent pressure sores.
- Prepare nutritious meals based on clients’ dietary needs and assist with feeding when required.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor adherence to prescribed schedules.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, pharmacy visits, and essential errands.
- Offer emotional support and companionship through conversation, activities, and short walks.
- Observe and record basic health conditions and report any significant changes to supervisors or family members.
- Maintain accurate daily care logs and documentation of services provided.

- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
