BUTCHER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Good English communication skills
• GCC experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Butchering, trimming, and cutting meat (like beef, pork, and poultry) into steaks, roasts, chops, and other retail cuts.
• Operating and maintaining meat-cutting machinery and sharpening knives.
• Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and correctly storing meat and have a strong understanding of different cuts of meat, quality, and preparation methods.

Requirements:

• Updated resume
• Certificate of employment
• Seminars and trainings attended
• Valid passport
