BUSINESS MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations, build strong client relationships, and maximize the value of assigned property portfolios. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and proven experience in property leasing and asset management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field
• Master’s Degree (MSC/MA) is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience
• 5–10 years of leasing experience in asset management, sourcing, negotiation, and contract execution
• Strong knowledge of property management and real estate markets
• Understanding of market demand/supply, vacancy rates, and macro/microeconomic factors
• Knowledge in acquisitions, valuations, and property investment strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses, strategies, and space requirements
• Manage leasing activities to maximize portfolio value
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agents
• Conduct marketing activities including prospecting clients and promoting properties
• Prepare presentations and draft lease proposals and contracts
• Negotiate and execute leasing agreements
• Provide market reports and relevant data to internal teams (acquisition, development, valuation, and capital partners)
• Monitor market trends, supply and demand, and property performance
