Building Management System Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Engineering (Others) or a similar field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in building management systems, including supervisory experience.
• Male applicants preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BMS operations, monitoring, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to ensure safety, efficiency, and optimal system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate all BMS operators and control room activities.
• Monitor and ensure effective operation of all building systems through the BMS.
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure optimal performance of building systems.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve BMS operational issues promptly.
• Implement standard operating procedures and best practices for BMS management.
• Coordinate with other facility departments to support building operations and maintenance.
