BUILDING CLEANER

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a cleaner or janitor is a plus.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holiday

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, hallways, and common areas.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, and toilets.
• Refill soap dispensers, tissue, and other hygiene supplies.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and sanitation practices.
• Maintain cleanliness in offices, dining areas, and workstations.
• Clean glass surfaces, doors, and windows.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and request replenishments when needed.
• Properly store and maintain cleaning tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Respond to emergency cleaning situations as needed.
