BRANCH MANAGER

We are seeking a highly experienced Branch Manager to oversee projects, service operations, and store management for HVAC and refrigeration systems in Papua New Guinea. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business performance while maintaining high operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Engineering, Building/Construction, or related technical qualification is preferred
• Minimum of 10 years work experience (15 years in HVAC/refrigeration management preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Expertise in VRV systems, chilled water systems, packaged air conditioners, and ventilation systems
• Knowledge of major equipment brands (e.g., Daikin, Temperzone, etc.)
• Experience in electrical systems, controls, and current electrical regulations
• Proficiency in Schneider Building Management Systems (BMS) is essential
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage Projects, Service, and Stores departments to achieve business objectives
• Lead HVAC technicians in installation, repair, and maintenance of systems for commercial clients
• Coordinate with service teams, dispatch personnel, and management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficiency across departments
• Prepare and propose contracts in compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and operational performance
